Lowenstein represented private equity firm ZMC, in its sale of Logitix, a ticket management solutions company, to Victory Live, a technology platform focused on sports and entertainment, event management, data, and ticketing software. Logitix provides comprehensive ticket inventory management solutions to help sports properties, performing arts operators, venues, promoters, other rightsholders, and resellers optimize ticket sales and revenue through dynamic pricing and distribution services. Under ZMC’s ownership since 2018, Logitix has seen significant growth, particularly during the challenges posed by the pandemic.
