Adam Gakin works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

Prior to his legal career, Adam worked for Morgan Stanley as an equity research associate covering regional banks in the United States, where he created earnings, valuation, and industry financial models, and interacted with the equity sales force as well as internal and external clients.

Adam’s experience includes an internship with United First Partners LLC, a global Special Situations investment and advisory firm; and representing small retail customers as a student advocate with Cardozo’s Securities Arbitration Clinic.

Adam is fluent in Russian.
