Lowenstein Sandler represented Arcion, a company that helps enterprises quickly and reliably replicate data across on-prem, cloud databases, and data platforms, in its acquisition by the data and AI company Databricks. The transaction is reportedly valued at over $100 million.
The Lowenstein deal team was led by Brendan J. Koeth and Anthony O. Pergola, and includes Mark P. Kesslen, Sophia Mokotoff, Megan Monson, Frank W. Eucalitto, Oluwaseyi O. Amorin, Barrett K. Davis, Waleey Fatai, Andy Gong, Jessica I. Kriegsfeld, and Eric Sands.
