As Chief Administrative Officer, Mauren Naughton partners with firm leadership, chief officers, and administrators across all of Lowenstein’s locations to provide leadership and oversight in the areas of program management, strategic planning, real estate, facilities, administrative services, records management, and business continuity. She collaborates with key stakeholders to execute the firm’s strategic plan by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables; establishing project timelines, milestones, and budgets; monitoring progress and identifying potential risks; and facilitating communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Prior to joining Lowenstein, Maureen was Global Head of Legal Operations at ADP. Additionally, her experience includes over seven years at global law firm Goodwin in several roles, including Head of Program Management, Practice Management, Chief Innovation Officer, and Global Head of Sustainability and Special Projects. She has also led global legal and compliance operations and administration at a major asset manager as well as a major multinational investment bank and financial institution.
Maureen is a graduate of the State University at Albany.
Law360 reports on the addition of two new members to Lowenstein Sandler’s senior management team: Maureen Naughton, Chief Administrative Officer, and Jared Kaplan, Chief Innovation & Information Officer, whom firm Chief Operating Officer Michael R. Caplan says will play an integral part of role in the firm's expansion plans.
