Lowenstein Sandler represented FINTOP Capital, a venture capital firm, in its $4 million Series A financing for Freight Science LLC. The financing will help Freight Science, a startup that has developed a data science platform to help the trucking industry optimize operations.
Freight Science has developed software that uses data and artificial intelligence to create mathematical models designed to help freight carriers make decisions on how best to run their businesses. The financing from FINTOP Capital will allow Freight Science to expand its team and its innovative technology platform.
The Lowenstein deal team included Anthony Pergola, Mark P. Kesslen, Bryan Weisgal, and Eric Sands.
