When ranked by number of placements during the first quarter of 2019, Lowenstein was listed second as Placement Agent Legal Counsel for advising on ten deals totaling $93.8 million, second as Investor Legal Counsel for advising on two placements totaling $65 million, and fourth as Issuer Legal Counsel for advising on seven placements totaling $59.5 million.
