Lowenstein Sandler represented FINTOP Capital as lead Investor in the UK-based legal transaction platform Legatics, as co-counsel with Shoosmiths. The financing round also included participation from existing investor Gresham House Ventures, a growth equity company.
Legatics simplifies and automates legal processes by reducing administrative tasks, and encouraging visibility and easy collaboration. This investment comes months after Legatics released Legatics 2, an expanded version of the legal transaction management platform with more flexible project management software.
