Hollister Construction Services, a Hamilton, N.J.-based full-service commercial construction firm, has selected Lowenstein Sandler as bankruptcy counsel in its Chapter 11 proceedings. The company reports $100 million to $500 million in both assets and liabilities.
Company president Brendan Murray stated that “the Chapter 11 process will allow the debtor the time, breathing spell, and resources necessary to continue discussions with its project owners to negotiate arrangements to finalize the debtor's ongoing projects with them, all with the overarching goal of maximizing the value of the debtor's estate for the benefit of its creditors and other stakeholders."
The Lowenstein team includes Kenneth A. Rosen, Bruce Buechler, Joseph J. DiPasquale, Mary E. Seymour, Jennifer B. Kimble, and Arielle B. Adler.
