Northwest manufactures and sells branded home textiles and maintains license agreements with major entertainment brands and professional sports leagues, including the National Football League and Major League Baseball. The company filed for Chapter 11 in a New York bankruptcy court in April 2020, citing more than $86 million in debt. The Lowenstein team includes Jeffrey Cohen, Eric Chafetz, Michael A.
