The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Fibrant, an Augusta, Georgia-based global supplier and chemical products manufacturer, has hired Lowenstein Sandler as legal counsel in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Previously claiming to have been the “largest, most complicated, chemical manufacturing business in the state of Georgia,” the debtor reports approximately $10 – $50 million in both assets and debt. The Lowenstein team is led by Jeffrey D. Prol and Bruce S. Nathan.
