Lowenstein Sandler represented InSite Wireless Group, LLC, a developer, owner, operator and manager of communications wireless infrastructure facilities primarily for the wireless and broadcast industries, in connection with its acquisition of 294 communication tower sites from CTI Towers, Inc., a company in which Comcast Ventures is majority owner. Financial terms about the transaction were not disclosed. The Lowenstein deal team was led by Michael A. Brosse, Kimberly Donnelly Rowe and Sam E. Khan.
