Lowenstein Sandler received top rankings in four out of five categories in Patexia’s Patent Prosecution Intelligence Report, which provides statistics and comprehensive analysis of stakeholders in patent prosecution. This is the third time in a row Lowenstein has been ranked by this publication.

Utilizing data from about 1.8 million utility patents and 2.4 million utility applications issued or abandoned over the last five years (from January 1, 2016, through the end of December 31, 2020), the report covers the top 1,000 most active law firms and companies.
