Lowenstein Sandler represented Bigeye, a data observability platform designed for data people by data people, in the acquisition of Data Advantage Group, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise metadata management and data governance solutions.
By integrating Data Advantage Group's robust data lineage capabilities, Bigeye will have the ability to automatically map data lineage across a wide range of systems including transactional databases, ETL platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools. Through this acquisition, Bigeye will be able to offer its customers the most advanced perspective on data pipelines provided by any data observability provider thus far.
