Lowenstein Sandler is pleased to announce that it has been named the Technology Sector Antitrust Law Firm of the Year in Washington, D.C. by Global Law Experts (GLE). This distinction was bestowed as part of the 2018 Global Law Experts Annual Awards, which GLE implemented in 2010 to celebrate excellence, innovation, and performance across legal communities around the world.
The firm and its Antitrust/Competition practice received this honor in recognition of its leadership in the antitrust area, with particular emphasis on its accomplishments in the technology sector. Recipients of GLE’s annual accolades are selected through a rigorous nomination and research process, through which select firms are deemed experts within their specialty areas. Firm nominations are provided by in-house counsel, independent firms, business directors, bar associations, and social media users, among others. Nominees are then judged , before being judged on a variety of services, including client testimonials, case studies, legal ranking and published material, and performance of the teams’ attorneys.
Lowenstein Sandler is one of 21 firms in North and South America to be named to the list of prevailing recipients across all categories. This is the second consecutive year that the firm has been presented with this award.
