Bruce S. Nathan will present "Bankruptcy Rumblings: How to Best Position Your Company in Advance of Your Customer's Bankruptcy" as part of NACM's 2016 Professional Education Webinars. The program will discuss the early warning signs characterizing troubled companies at risk of a future bankruptcy filing, the available sources of information from which a credit executive can learn of such warning signs, and the steps that a credit executive should take in response to mitigate the risk of loss.
