Lowenstein Sandler is co-hosting a seminar with the Managed Funds Association for registered investment advisors and private fund managers entitled "Anti-Money Laundering: The Rules and Risks for Fund Managers." This seminar will examine the recently proposed FinCEN anti-money laundering rules, as well as FCPA and OFAC rules and anti-money laundering risks.
