Jeffrey Prol will participate in a panel discussion entitled "Key Bankruptcy Issues From a Vendor's Perspective" at the annual conference. The program will focus on understanding the issues arising in a bankruptcy case and their impact on trade creditors and other constituencies, and will offer suggestions in dealing with the bankruptcy process and the other parties involved. The panel of experienced bankruptcy practitioners will present a point-counterpoint discussion of the different perspectives.
