William Greenbaum, Amy Wiwi, and Danielle P. Torok, Employment & Labor Counsel, Toys R Us, Inc., will present the next installment of the Lowenstein Sandler and ACC NJ Breakfast Series entitled, “Wage and Hour Update.” The presentation will focus on compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”). There will also be a discussion on the existing rules for exempt and non-exempt employees, proposed revisions to the FLSA, and legal risks of misclassification. The speakers will also highlight state-specific distinctions between the federal law and various state laws.
