Program description:
This program will explore the recent developments and current issues surrounding employment law. The topics that will be discussed range from ethics for employment lawyers, litigating wrongful termination claims, updates on legislative and litigation sexual harassment laws and policies, mandatory arbitration, executive compensation and severance agreements, wage and hour laws, and pay equity. The panel is comprised of governmental agency representatives, in-house counsel for New York employers, and various top law professionals.
