Teresa Mills has a 16+ year track record of success supporting the overall vision, initiatives, and long-term strategy of organizations’ executive committees. As a driver of unified momentum and action for a global company, Teresa draws upon a proven background in change management to enhance organization-wide performance and champion major projects.

Based in the firm’s New York office, Teresa partners with firm leadership and office administrators across the firm to provide leadership and oversight in the areas of real estate, facilities, office services, secretarial services, records management, and business continuity. She provides coaching and support with respect to management of their teams and their offices and ensures compliance in each office with firm policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Lowenstein, Teresa served as the Director of Administration of UHY LLP, which was ranked three years consecutively in the Top 50 by Crain’s Best Places to Work in New York City during her tenure. Teresa’s experience in the legal industry includes six years at McCarthy Tétrault, a national Canadian law firm and 10 years at global firm Gowling WLG.
