Zachary Benaharon advises borrowers and lenders in connection with domestic and international leveraged financings, secured and unsecured asset-based and non-asset based syndicated lending transactions, refinancings, and project finance transactions.

Zach advises clients on a wide range of transactional matters—from term sheet stage to closing. He negotiates and drafts primary and ancillary transaction documents such as credit agreements, pledge and security agreements, deposit account control agreements, waivers and consents, amendments, and corporate ancillary documents; he also manages transaction processes, including due diligence and closings, on a wide range of cross border financings and mergers and acquisitions.

While pursuing his J.D., Zach supported Justice Andrea Masley of the Commercial Division, New York State Supreme Court; and the Honorable Louis A. Scarcella of the Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of New York.

Zach is also an entrepreneur: prior to his legal career, he founded a social media-based career finding platform, for which he led fundraising for development and tech support.
