Yvette Yun represents public and private companies, investment funds, private equity sponsors, and financial services institutions in complex financing transactions, with a particular focus on debt financings and venture financings.

Yvette advises both borrowers and lenders on a wide range of complex financing transactions. She drafts, reviews, and negotiates loan agreements, security documents and other agreements related to secured and unsecured facilities for term, revolving, cash flow and asset-based loans.

Yvette is fluent in Korean.
