With over 20 years of experience advising clients and helping them solve their privacy and security issues, Tricia Wagner offers a deep understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks and is a results-driven counsel on issues pertaining to information governance, privacy, data security, and security compliance.

Trish advises clients on the development and implementation of their privacy, governance, and information security programs, providing policy and process documentation guidance that effectively manage regulatory compliance with state, national, and global data privacy and cyber security regulations. She advises on third-party vendor management, incident response management, and tabletop exercises, and guides clients through the development of remediation plans.

As a former QSA, she also advises on PCI DSS and other security laws including HIPAA and SEC Consent Orders. Additionally, she provides compliance support on applicable privacy laws that include GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and GLBA; and audit standards including NIST, ISO and CIS.

Prior to joining Lowenstein, Trish served as an Associate Director of Privacy and Security for a global consulting firm. She also worked in-house for 13 years leading the Governance, Risk and Compliance program for a Silicon Valley tech startup that is a leading provider of eDiscovery and enterprise data solutions utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) through machine learning.
