Represented management in a buyout of a United States manufacturing division from its Taiwanese parent.
Represented the family owners of Dynacept LLC, a manufacturer of rapid prototypes, in the sale of their business to Midwest Plastics Components Inc., an affiliate of Spell Capital Partners.
Negotiated, on behalf of a client, a $1 billion credit line with a major money center bank intended to enable the client to leverage unique financial opportunities caused by the volatility in the worldwide debt markets.
