Peter Quinn works on a variety of litigation matters involving white collar criminal defense, commercial disputes, and investigations. His practice also includes Corporate Transparency Act matters, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other compliance programs, and advising clients in highly regulated industries.

Peter maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients in criminal expungement and legal name change matters. He also has experience working in other pro bono areas such as immigration and election protection, among others.

Peter's experience includes an externship with the Honorable David J. Novak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and an internship at the U.S. Election Assistance Commission in Washington, D.C.

Prior to his legal career, Peter taught social studies, coached speech and debate, and served as an elected labor official at a New Jersey public school district.
