Noah R. Crouse works with investors, founders, and management teams of emerging and established companies on transactional corporate matters, including structuring, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Noah has experience assisting in a variety of ECVC transactions, as well as conducting due diligence, document drafting, and research on company-side and investor-side financings.

Committed to pro bono work, Noah has assisted such nonprofits as Root and Rebound in Oakland, CA, and the Deepak Chopra Foundation.

Prior to his legal career, Noah was a strategic consultant for a healthcare-focused startup.
