Madison Diaz supports the firm’s litigators on a variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, investigations, and securities litigation.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Madison has drafted briefs on such topics as civil confinement, legal malpractice, and exclusion of expert testimony.

While pursuing her J.D., she externed for The Hon. John Michael Vazquez of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and held internships with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, and New York County District Attorney’s Office.

Dedicated to pro bono service, Madison has worked with TLDEF to assist low-income transgender youth to petition the court to legally change their names; and with Rutgers’ Innocence Project to screen potential exoneration cases.
