Liam Rogan works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Liam worked as a teaching assistant and research assistant while pursuing his J.D. He also externed in the University’s Office of the General Counsel.

Liam is conversant in Portuguese.
