Kaelyn Shinbashi drafts patent applications, responds to office actions, and participates in invention disclosures and examiner interviews.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, she assists in helping clients develop strategies that expedite patent prosecution and facilitate their overall business objectives.

While pursuing her J.D., Kaelyn was a law student associate for Santa Clara University’s Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic, where she conducted intake meetings and provided client guidance on distribution and license agreements. She also interned at Santa Clara County Superior Court.

Kaelyn speaks Japanese and Spanish.
