Hannah Pastore works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

While pursuing her J.D., Hannah externed for the Georgia Attorney General’s Office in the Consumer Protection Unit and was a summer associate at Lowenstein.

Prior to her legal career, Hannah worked as a broker and sales specialist at one of the country’s largest insurance brokerage firms.
