Emily A. Jewell focuses her practice on transactional and corporate matters.

She drafts and negotiates documents related to mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments, managing the entire transaction process and coordinating counsel across multiple practice areas.

With experience across sectors including healthcare, technology, and life sciences, Emily also advises private equity firms and members of portfolio company management on day-to-day operational matters, including corporate governance, entity formation and organization, and contractual obligations.

Emily is the former assistant general counsel for WITHIN, a global digital firm, where she managed all corporate contracts with customers, vendors, and partners and counseled on investment opportunities, potential acquisitions, and novel ventures.
