Dylan Blanchard works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Dylan has experience drafting transactional agreements related to emerging company deals, including financing rounds, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

While pursuing her J.D; Dylan interned for her law school’s Tech Startup Clinic, where she assisted early-stage startups on entity formation, funding questions, and intellectual property issues, drafted incorporation documents, trademark searches and applications, employment contracts, and offered regulatory guidance. She also interned at AI platform Hyperscience, where she reviewed commercial contracts, including SaaS and other software licenses, strategic partnership and reseller agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and data processing agreements.

Prior to her legal career, Dylan was a communications specialist for an ecommerce company, supporting it through an initial public offering and two rounds of private funding.
