David Cassidy supports the firm’s litigators on a variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, investigations, and securities litigation. He also works on corporate matters, with a focus on intellectual property transactions.  

During law school, David interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of New Jersey. He was a student advocate in the Seton Hall School of Law Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Investor Advocacy Program, where he represented clients in federal courts for the limited and exclusive purpose of settlements; he also participated in the Edna Mahan Project, assisting members of this class action settlement with their qualifications and affidavits.

While a summer associate at Lowenstein, David worked with members of Lowenstein AI on several published articles.
