EXPERIENCE
Represented Applied Digital Corporation in the sale of its 200-megawatt Bitcoin mining data center in Garden City, Texas to Marathon Digital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: MARA) for $97.3 million. The Bitcoin mining data center is located adjacent to a wind farm and uses predominantly renewable energy.
Represented a leading national developer in connection with the joint venture acquisition and development of a 41-story mixed-use condominium tower on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The 354,000 square foot tower will house 165 condominium units as well as classrooms, office space, and faculty housing.
Represented a private label beauty products developer and manufacturer in the $105 million sale and leaseback of a 218,000 square foot industrial building located in Long Island City, New York.
Represented a self-storage operator with acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings throughout the United States with an emphasis on the New York metro area, including a $100 million acquisition in Brooklyn, New York.
