Daniel W. Borneman’s litigation practice focuses on representing policyholders in high-stakes insurance coverage litigation under commercial general liability, commercial property, professional liability, and product liability policies. In addition, he has experience representing clients in matters involving white collar criminal defense, complex commercial litigation, and investigations.

Committed to pro bono work, Daniel has represented immigrant families separated by the U.S. government at the southern border, individuals accused of criminal acts, and low-income tenants facing eviction in New Jersey.

While pursuing his J.D., Daniel was a Student Attorney with Seton Hall Law’s Housing Justice Clinic.
