Claire Dronzek represents startups, emerging companies, and venture funds on an array of matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and entity formation. In addition to counseling clients on early-stage investments and venture capital financings, she advises on corporate governance and securities matters through all stages of her clients’ life cycles, from formation to exit.
Committed to maintaining a robust pro bono practice, Claire has represented domestic violence victims through the firm’s partnership with Partners for Women and Justice; she also sits on the Steering Committee for the firm’s microbusiness legal advice initiative with Rising Tide Capital, a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives and communities through entrepreneurship. In addition, she serves on various committees of the firm’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), which provides a wide range of programming and facilitates mentorship of and by the firm’s female attorneys.
While in law school, Claire served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Stuart Rabner, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and also interned in the Hudson County Law Department in Jersey City, New Jersey.
