Chloe Rippe works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Chloe has prepared capitalization documents, stock option agreements, and grant agreements for early-stage companies.

While pursuing her J.D, she was an Emerging Companies/Venture Capital Fellow for a boutique law firm serving emerging and established tech and consumer packaged goods companies. She also interned at a sustainability NGO.

Prior to her legal career Chloe was a research assistant at Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Science’s Department of Natural Resources.
