Çagla Yetis works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

While pursuing her J.D., she was a summer associate at several law firms, including Lowenstein Sandler, where she drafted transfer agreements and company formation documents and assisted with FINRA filings.

Çagla is passionate about pro bono work: she has assisted with claims for post-conviction relief for The Innocence Project, and estate planning and asylum matters for pro bono clients.     

She is fluent in Turkish.
