Antonia E. Spano works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

A former summer associate at Lowenstein, Antonia also interned at the New York City Council Legislative Division and New Jersey Transit Corporation while pursuing her J.D.

Prior to her legal career, she consulted on government and public affairs to clients across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, real estate, technology, healthcare, and higher education as Director of Legislative Affairs for a business management and government affairs consultancy in New Jersey.
