Anthony C. Santiago works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Anthony also externed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and interned in the general counsel’s office at American Express while pursuing his J.D.

Prior to his legal career, Anthony worked as a liaison between veterans and health care providers at a VA Medical Center in Orlando, FL, assisting veterans with virtual healthcare tools.
