Abraham J. Kwon counsels startups and emerging companies throughout their entire corporate lifecycle from initial ideation through eventual exits. Abe’s clients span multiple industries including AI/ML, fintech, blockchain/Web3, SaaS, hardware/robotics, CPG, digital health, health tech, and life sciences. He also works with venture capital firms and corporate venture arms as they look to back promising startups.
Prior to joining Lowenstein, Abe practiced at several large international law firms, including Cooley LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP.
He was a member of the founding organizing committee of the Philadelphia chapter of 1 Million Cups, a program designed to educate, engage, and inspire entrepreneurs around the country.
An ardent supporter of K-12 education, Abe founded and chairs 12+, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, focused on increasing education equity by building school cultures that inspire academic achievement and empower students to pursue education beyond 12th grade.
