Lowenstein represented Dreams, a cutting-edge mobile application, in the negotiation of various content licensing agreements with BBC, Discovery, Bloomberg, and other major content licensors. Dreams recently launched its app for viewing content in portrait orientation/vertical video format on mobile devices. Its initial channel lineup includes Animal Planet, Food Network, HGTV, Bloomberg, and BBC, among other well-known properties. Lowenstein also represented Dreams in its Series A financing, which will enable Dreams to continue to develop new channels and related technology. The Lowenstein team included Eric J. Weiner, Matthew N. Holbreich, and Christopher C. Henry on the Series A financing and Matt Savare on the content licensing transactions.
