New York, NY – (January 16, 2018) – Lowenstein Sandler LLP announced today that
Joseph J. Palermo has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. Palermo will work closely with firm leadership to provide executive oversight of the firm's day-to-day operations and input on the firm's business strategy, with a focus on organizational processes and professional business support to the partnership. He joins from K&L Gates LLP, where he was Chief Operating Officer.
During more than 11 years at K&L Gates, Palermo participated in that firm's tremendous growth from a domestic regional law firm to a top 20 global firm. With more than 25 years of law firm management, he previously served as Chief Financial Officer of two other national law firms

A Boston native, Joe received his M.B.A. from Boston College and earned his B.S. from Northeastern University.
