Joseph J. Palermo has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. Palermo will work closely with firm leadership to provide executive oversight of the firm's day-to-day operations and input on the firm's business strategy, with a focus on organizational processes and professional business support to the partnership. He joins from K&L Gates LLP, where he was Chief Operating Officer.
During more than 11 years at K&L Gates, Palermo participated in that firm's tremendous growth from a domestic regional law firm to a top 20 global firm. With more than 25 years of law firm management, he previously served as Chief Financial Officer of two other national law firms
