Lowenstein Sandler represented Zeal Capital Partners as lead investor in the $5.2 million seed funding round of Auxa Health, a NYC-based provider of an AI-powered benefit navigation technology solution.

Other participants included existing investor AlleyCorp and new investors K50 Ventures, Laconia Capital Group, and Chaac Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to further develop its technology, expand benefit coverage, and grow the team.
